Barton Terrace North Adelaide

Breathing new life

Having undergone a number of changes of use since 1902, including a stint as a hospital, this beautifully proportioned heritage listed Queen Anne residence was in need of some tender loving care to prepare it for resale. Original architectural features were retained, sensitively restored and were combined with new, yet classic materials and finishes that were sympathetic to the building’s historyandat the same time breathed new life into the home. The result was a light and airy residence which offered its potential new owner a myriad of possibilities thanks to the use of a carefully considered and timeless palette that would see its new family enjoying it for decades to come.
