Wild Thyme is a café, market and a wellness centre with a truly ‘organic’ philosophy. Stocking only organic food and products that are produced in an ecologically ethical manner, with minimal impact on our environment, this holistic approach is carried throughout the store. It looks and feels scrumptious - beautiful recycled timber, environmentally sound paints and low energy elements – but what you don’t see is the achievement of approvals through 5 different Council Departments!
